Upper Dam: too much water

The Upper Dam Farms are traditional farms, in that the farmers leveled, cleared and prepared the land. Last planting season 18 farmers were working in this area. This season 67 farmers are working in this area. This is due to the fact that the fields flood early and the farmers get a premium for their early harvesting.

The problem in this area is very poor irrigation and very high levels of water.
